What’s for dinner?  Mama Pho. They have 35 items on the menu. I put on my random number generator and chose 26. It was chicken & beef, in a spicy sauce over rice. With a bit of duck sauce (sweet tooth) it was good to the last drop.

Did you stay home today?  Nope, Danger Day

What local business or charity did you support?   Sweet Clover, Jericho Market

What’s for dinner? Thai Chicken w/ Basil. From “Best Recipes for 2”, I’ve made it a couple times before.

I’m bringing back this feature, like I used to do during the spring lockdown, because it’s quasi-lockdown time again; and these are three things that are personally helpful for me to focus on:

The first is helpful because it reminds me my boredom is for a purpose.

The second is helpful because I know I’m better at making the world a better place through my dollars than by actually being a nice person. Hey, we all have a role to play.

The third is helpful because food = comfort.

The Sultan of (Mood) Swing is back. When I’m posting, you know I’m on an upswing. Here are the four purples that will be blended to be the base of Lucky Yarn #10!

I like all purples, but I like those towards the blue spectrum the best.

Working on my purples. Looks like I’m going to do a solid of this one that I have a ton of. The prep has just been going so smoothly. Some batches are like that.
