My life's journey has taken me from the streets of New York, up the Hudson Valley, to a little goat farm under Vermont's highest mountain.

What a worrier! This doesn’t sound like you, although it’s a hilarious presentation of the kind of things that go through MY mind. When I donated blood this weekend, my BP was a little high. The 20-year-old red cross worker folded her arms, and quietly asked me ‘Are you a worrier?’. I stifled a laugh, but then as seriously as I could replied ‘I do worry sometimes’. She said ‘you should drink chamomile tea. It helps you cam down.’ So – I pass along that wisdom to you.
I think I worry as much as the average person. The bingo card is along the lines of my anti-gratitude habit. I write down things that go wrong as well as blessings so that I can keep in mind that things always go wrong – it’s part of life, not a disaster or a deviation. And this way if multiple things go wrong I can cheer myself up playing bingo!

Hmmmm, at least you landed on a free space. What other catastrophe could there be?

I do understand, I always try to think of all the bad things that could happen. I am now trying to make the best of whatever happens.
